Larry attends the baby shower of a woman who is using a surrogate and ponders whether or not to give a gift to the surrogate mother too. After talking with the surrogate about how hard it is to give up your baby, he finds out that he has inadvertently convinced her to keep the baby. Larry must get a clean bill of health from his doctor in order to perform in The Producers but his heart rate spikes when he sees the sexy nurse Renee, Richard Lewis' girlfriend. Richard Lewis is worried that because Renee is black, she has been with black men with larger penises. Larry gets himself into racial trouble as usual when he mistakes a black man for a valet, deeply offending Wanda Sykes.
