Colby is a contestant on the television show Survivor who gets mistaken as a Holocaust survivor in the episode The Survivor in Curb Your Enthusiasm. He ends up getting into a fight with a real Holocaust survivor, Solly, telling him that being on the show Survivor was more difficult than being in the Holocaust because "we had no snacks".
