The Car Pool Lane is the sixth episode in Curb Your Enthusiasm Season 4. It is the thirty-sixth episode overall.

Marty Funkhouser's dad dies, and he decides he no longer wants to go to the Dodger's game that Larry wants to attend with him. Cheryl ends up surprising Larry with tickets to the game, but Larry has been called for jury duty so he makes a racist comment during jury selection in order to get out of it (the defendant is Black). Larry also buys marijuana for his father, Nat David since he has glaucoma. When he is on his way to the Dodger's game, he is afraid of being late, and in order to get into the carpool lane, he picks up a prostitute named Monena. He, Monena and his father all smoke the pot together, and leave the extra marijuana in a jacket. Marty ends up borrowing the jacket before going to the airport, and ends up getting arrested for possession.
